The most important information is the day(s) and time(s) that are convenient for you to discuss your matter. Please list two (2) options for a 30-45 minute discussion. This will allow us to set our schedule as needed to accommodate you.
We will confirm the date and time via a further email exchange or by phone call to you. At this time, we will ask you to provide me with additional documentation and information in advance of our first conference.
This will allow us to be more informed so we can get right into the assistance you need. Rescheduling may be needed to accommodate receipt of this needed information but is not a problem.
Video conferencing has recently become the meeting of choice. We can also arrange a phone conference or an in-person meeting at a mutually convenient spot (most likely your office or other spot).
Unless there are significant additional documents or information needed, we should arrive at a road map for proceeding forward including time lines for getting needed items completed.
